All day: Arrivals and hotel check in

Group dinner and a show. A survey will be sent to registered attendees to determine which Las Vegas show to see and then group tickets will be purchased. Dinner will be at the hotel with the show. This event will be at an additional cost to the attendee. The cost will depend on the restaurant and show selected by the group.

Friday, October 13, 2023 (Specific times will be updated later)

Day time: Retro Bowling Party at the Orleans Bowling Center

Everyone (including guests) is welcome. You definitely do not need any special bowling skills as this is for fun. Lunch will be served and gifts will be given and prizes will be won. This event will be at a small extra cost to attendees. The cost includes 2 hours of bowling, shoes, lunch, prizes, and gifts. 

Mid afternoon - Workshops and crafts

Evening: Welcome Party

Meet your fellow collectors for an evening of fun and merriment, buying and selling, reunions and introductions. Food and drink will be served. 


Saturday, October 14, 2023 (This is subject to change. Specific times will be updated later)

8:30 AM: Breakfast

9:00 AM: Convention registration and competition set-up

9:45 AM: Convention officially begins

Morning events: Welcome, group photo, prizes, games and surprises

12:30 PM: Lunch

1:30 PM: Reconvene

Afternoon events: More games, more prizes, and even more surprises

3:30 PM: Afternoon snack and break

6:00 PM: Dinner

7:15 PM: Reconvene

Evening events: Competition winners announced and award ceremony, more prizes, grand prizes, raffles, convention dolls, and more surprises.

Adjourn: Who knows when :)

9:00 AM: Meet up for breakfast/brunch on your own

All day: Departures and return home having made new friends, new memories and with wonderful treasures to add to your collection.
