Visiting the St. Patrick's Cathedral in NY. The
inside was so beautiful, sadly the pictures came out to dark.

When a girl like Dawn gets a chocolate urge… no better place to stop then Godiva.

Another day we visited Richmondtown. This is a historic little down on Staten Island. The town was built in 1845.
|

This is the little old schoolhouse. Long ago when the children came here they would bring wood with them to school. If you brought wood you got to sit near the fireplace to keep warm. If you didn't bring any wood then you had to sit closer to the door. (HAHA - I paid attention in the 2nd grade when my class took a school trip here.)

St Andrews church in Richmondtown.

This is very close to one of Glori Lori's favorite places. Around the other side of this pond to the left is a path that spirals up a big hill. You get a great view from there. Across the pond are more buildings that are apart of Richmondtown. You can walk around in all these buildings on the tour.
|

The small waterfall on the right hand side of the pond. (Take note: It was right after this picture that Glori Lori took her big fall.)
|

The shoe Glori Lori thought she found in the gravel…. Only to find out it was the 2nd shoe… Dawn had no shoes on her feet after we picked this one up.

Memorial Day… just relaxing and enjoying the day.
On to Wendy's house in Mass!
