This page is Dedicated to Just Jessica
Jessica started out as one of my least favorite Dawn dolls. Over time.. and after accumalting a good handful... She really started to appeal to me. She was the first "working gal" in the Dawn line, before the Model Agency opened their doors.
Jessica worked hard but never made it to Head-To-Toe or Flower Fantasy status. She did get a pilot to assist with running Topper Airways. Jessica was also special by having a few rare variation mini's in her line. I like to put white boots on with her mini's. Even though she came with shoes I like how the boots look better. All of the dolls on this page have the 11C head mold. I will note beside each doll if she has a different head mold in the future.
This is my two favorite Jessica's. Of Course they
get to wear the rare outfits. Blue and Green striped and the solid Blue. Both are made
from a knit material. Thank you good friends - That told me the solid blue and the striped mini come with a blue knit hat with white bill. Anyone have an extra?
These are the more common outfits. Lime Green
Nylon, Orange Nylon and Red Cotton material.
Here's Jessica's dancing versions. Pink Cotton
with green trim and Orange nylon. Both come with a chain belt.
Early in my collecting I found this plain white cotton mini trimmed in green. I thought it
was a knockoff mini and glued on a flower to jazz it up. When I recently got the pink cotton mini I
compared them. They look very very similiar, same z fasteners. Anyone see this before?
Here's my striped mini. It's a striped knit material.
