Pizza Dip recipe again. You gotta try it- it is TOO yummy:

2 x 8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
2 1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp garlic
1/4 crushed red pepper

Mix the above together and spread in 2 pie dishes

Top with 3/4 cup of pizza sauce
1 cup pepperoni
1/2 cup each of green pepper and onion
(I add extras to taste- I'm a garlic freak and olives are jammin' in this too)

Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees- put 1 cup mozzarella cheese on and bake 5 more minutes.

Voila- my fave kinda food- mucho munchable and easy!!

Recipe from Wen B.
1 chocolate cake mix
20 caramels (14 ozs) I went by ozs. not pieces as they were smaller than usual (Hershey caramels)
2/3 cup margarine melted
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 cup chopped walnuts
6 oz. raspberry chips (I used the whole bag)

Melt caramels and 1/3 cup of evap. milk (combined in microwavable dish-1-2 min.). Combine cake mix, melted margarine, 1/3 cup of evap. milk, and nuts in a separate bowl. Spread 1/2 of this mixture in a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Bake 6 min. in 350 degree oven. After the 6 min., sprinkle chips over cake mixture and pour caramel mixture over chips. Top with remaining batter by spoonfulls. Return to oven and bake 25 min. or until cake pulls away from sides of the pan. Cool completely and cut into squares.
Enjoy!
